The design looks awesome, you may have to use some good styles for the anchors.

I Have changed a few things, and in this real version of it, the links have roll-overs. ^^
Good job! I like the little icon you made for you site hehe. My only suggestion is to please, please use a sans-serif font/consistent fonts and make your borders consistent. The times new roman is not working very well. Try 12px verdana with 15px line height maybe?
I think you need work on choosing the right colors.
the design is clear and very simple but if you can work more on the colors that would attract the eyes of the viewers.
You should choose the colors which will not give strain to the eyes

is that template yours? or did u download it from such other designer. I've seen that somewhere, but anyway, if your going to create a design site, good luck because there are many advance graphics sites out there.

hey I checked out your site. it seems to be an interesting project. well i agree with some of the replier that you need to work on some color theme. otherwise else its seems to be the worth taking look at site.
It surely taking bookmark in my browser.
Yea its not bad, I only got to see the screen image of it as the link in your third or forth post is broken. I think you could do removing that border around the hole thing, it doesn't look well in my opinion and if removed would help blend in the site to the black background.
