I just installed Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition (NOT cracked!), and it seems pretty good! There are some little bugs, but they'll be fixed soon. One of the best things is all the support for Office 2007, and you can make addons for most any of the programs.

Well, why don't you guys post your opinions on VS'08! Razz

Its OK, but I don't see much difference from 2005. Stick to 2005, i liek that one better xD

But I prefer use the team system version was much better than professional version.
I will try it soon and now still stay at visual studio 2005.
And I think that also required faster machine to run it.

Whaaaaat yet another version??
I hate this about microsoft. The sln converter they have is a piece of turd. So lets say you have a project and you have some people on it. you have to make sure that every one has the EXACT SAME version of MSVC installed. How broken is that?
Moreover if you convert the sln from 2003 to 2005, there is no way it works without manual tweaking. The worst part is you will end up maintaining the two slns
