Problem with a WP Theme

WebKitten
I have this cute theme from WordPress that I'd like to keep, but I have a problem with some parts of it's design. For example, the comment section of it is too light, and a persons trying to make a comment have to put their eyes on the monitor to actually see anything at all.
Do you know how to correct this problem?
How do I change a color or the size ?

I need to edit the header and the width or the text also.
Anyone familiar with these?!

edit by rvec: please don't overuse the font tags
edit2 by rvec: moved to the website software forum

You have to modify the theme.. logged in as admin, you have to change the css file that came with your WP theme. google should help you find information about css language and files.

if your still stuck (ie not sure about css) I would advise you to get a dessent html edidter programe like dreamweaver that will make it very easy to change the pages as you would like to do.
