Ok, here is my dilemma.
I am all set up with being able to host a site with IIS on my computer. I am using no-ip, this is what it does...
"Port 80 Redirects Many residential ISPs Block port 80, No-IP Free DNS enables you to run a webserver on a non-standard port, yet users accessing your site never have to enter a port number. For example http://yourname.no-ip.com/ can redirect to http://yourname.no-ip.com:8833/ "
I can make the site with dreamweaver and have it hosted with no problem, but I want to be able to use Joomla. It is much easier and has alot of mods and support for the mods I am looking ot use.
So that being said, I cannot figure out how get joomla hosted from my computer. I have tried installing mysql, and php but all of the tutorials I read were very very vague on the IIS setup to get it working.
If anyone could point me in the right direction of a good tutorial or actually help me with this it woujld be greatly appreciated...
