public_folder

Hey guys.. been a while sense i asked a question but i got a kinda simple one to answer.. its mainly for the people that host the server.
Could i have two public folders?
The reasons are i have .coms running into my server.. i want one for each .com.. is their a way to do that beside pointing the .com to a differnt folder, under my cpanel? thinking about it.. that would probably be the only logical way to do it.
But just a question..

you mean you will have 2 domains? no need for 2 public_html folders. you can have any domains you want and you every domains will have its' own folder in the domains folder.

Thats Direct Admin, the user mentioned cPanel.

As far as I'm aware you can only have one public_html. What you would do is use your main domain normally for your public_html and then add any other domains that you have as '[i]Addon Domains[i]' in cPanel. What this will do is create folders such as /home/username/public_html/subdirectory
Direct Admin is better in regards to the way it handles this sort of senario.
