Blogs...which one would you recommend me?

Peace.

I made a topic a while ago, questioning people about a simple CMS for me. But even the simplest seemed far too complex (LOL). I had decided to do every manually. But it's taking too loooong.
Then i discovered the world of blogs. I'm gonna make my site into blog-style site. It'll be simple for me.

I'm thinking about using wordpress. Any pros and cons you feel i should know?
Or do you think i should use another blog system?

Thanks!
may God bless ya.

I recommend WordPress, it's easy to use and really customizable.

Use wordpress or Joomla.

If you have your own domain or subdomain, then I would recommend WordPress. It is an awesome blogging to and widely customizable with hundreds of templates and tips on how to personalize your blog. If your not used to that or think it may be too complicated, then I would go with Blogger, which is owned by Google. There you can also customize your blog, but not as freely as WordPress and you don't need a website domain or subdomain for it. They will give you one themselves. Have fun finding one.

I suggest SiteFrame (http://www.siteframe.org/ ). SiteFrame is extremely light, and, once installed, should be easy for you to use. It uses configuration through a config file, so it might be confusing to you at first if you don't like editing config files.

If you do not like SiteFrame, you could try Coranto (http://www.gocoranto.org/ ). That's even simpler, and it's very easy to skin your site in it.

WordPress is good as well, but it's only good if nobody cares about your blog. Because, if someone does care and posts your post onto Digg or Reddit, it seems quickest to go down, especially since you end up with these somewhat chunky designs.
