Critical Relationship Question...
A night in with my boyfriend ... especially if I have college the next day.
It is entirely possible to spend the night in with the girlfriend and have a few mates around... "kills two birds with one stone"

Each has his time for me. You can't spend all your time with your mates neither spending it all with my girlfriend.
The question should mean 'on occasions'. In this case, that depends. You won't spend the Valentine Day with your mates nor the whole Christmas Eve with your girlfriend. Here is where you have to have a little control on your time and yourself to choose.
For me, I would spend some time with my mates for a little (e.g. within a football game duration) then move to my GF...

I would also prefer a night with my significant other. But there's no problem doing things as a couple with mutual friends as well. And double dates aren't so bad. XD
Same here. I've had time for partying, and I now tend to prefer the simple nights with her.
