yes, ftp data transfer is included in the 10 gb quota.
as is all other data trasferred on standard internet protocols.
http, https, ftp, pop, smtp, imap etc etc.

Yes it does. Infact all your incoming/outgoing email tranfer, ftp, web transfer counts against your bandwidth.
Bondings
Yes, it does. All traffic between you/someone else and the server is/should be counted.
