I am having 2 websites which is having PR3. And to increase the page rank i need backlinks in home page from PR4 or greater sites.

I will ready to place backlinks in both of my PR3 sites.

I'd suggest you read the Google Webmaster Guidelines - they now officially disapprove of links solely to increase pagerank.
