I like your site! At first I thought the design was kinda "squirrely".. lol
but then I decided it was good. You should not use frames AT ALL! My browser went straight to the one without frames and it looks perfectly fine without them! I would completely discard of the "framed" version of the site because.... People don't like frames anymore!! Anyway, I like the design and the pics, and I am a good fan of Counter Strike! 
It looks like you know what your doin! Keep up the good work.
Oh and what graphic editor did you use to make the logos for you site.... They are pretty nice looking...

Use Css. (Oh yeah, your link is wrong also, you have a "," after the .com, I thought it was down for a minute, lol)
Oh, and you might want to shorten the redirect, I think that 15 seconds is too long.
Other than that, nice site. (I don't know anything about Counter Strike though...)I don't want the redirect, it is the price I pay for the .tk domain

The only catch is you have to stick a 88x31 button on your site .. but it's still good. Even if the button clashes with the colour of your site, you can just stick a Gradual-Hilight javascript to make it semi-transparent. But then again, your site is blue, so the button should be right at home .. Okay, I will try that when I get home if my internet is back up :/

You can remove the banner/ads of dot.tk
yust log in on dot.tk
go to mydot then click in de my dot menu

and check that you dont want any banners onyour site
that wil remove the baner and popup
