Sure thing, but your question is a bit vague.
Can you be more specific about what you need help with?

A small question,
do you have a CMS or do you search a CMS.

i search poensource cms. i have found "Joomla" and "Drupal", but they don't work on my webspace.
Why not you host your web site here. ?
The requirement of both of these cms should not too high as I have installed
both before.
Just host it here and all will be fine.
Please PM me if you got issues or post here.

If Joomla and Drupal don't work on your webspace, you definitely won't be able to run any CMS on that webspace at all! I'm guessing you are missing either PHP, MySQL, or both.
If you do have both, it should be fine, and all you'll need is a little help setting it up.
