I like Photoshop, it's a fantastic piece of software. You can find some good tutorials at:

Both are realy nice sites.
From other way ... i have my own tutorial page too, but all tutorials I've writed are listed on pixel2life, tutorialized or good-tutorials too.

Interesting...
I used to love www.lynda.com until they became a pay site, although they have some tutorials that you can still access for free, most of the good stuff you have to pay for. http://www.phong.com/tutorials/ also used to be really good, but I haven't been there in years. Good luck, I am sure you will find what you are looking for with a little research.
