yes that is php it something like a open cms that more on video streaming.. something like google.. but not sure about... but i guess that is an open cms..

Um, I'm 110% sure you're not allowed to link to porn sites...
I removed the link. Even if you just wanted to show the footer posting links to porn is not allowed.
It's okay. i'm just only concerned on the cms software used for it. anyway thank you for removing it.
