First link works, but the second doesn't so I review first one.

There is not a common layout and theme for all of the sites. Index is nice, but the other pages look so old.

You should check the coding: validator. There is some basic errors, like missing quotes, etc. Mostly easy to fix. You should add doctypes for every page. live.html doesn't have it neither uni.html.

you might want to specify you location, and the currency form for the prices you are quoting.

WOAH... stop the presses... Don't use micrsoft office to make web sites... very bad idea.

It can take you site, and clean it up. Then, read up on how to design web sites. Your price page is 80k. It should be no more than 3k.
