PHP and ZIP handling

Hi Guys,

Im new to PHP and ZIPS.

All i really want to do is to Insert a File into the ZIP and maybe list the files that are in the zip.

Is there a tutorial that shows how that can be done?

Also, Do i need to install a Zip library onto my server? I have PHP 5.

It also has lot of examples which you can copy/paste and start using.
