They simply say to the dead person that you're prosecuted
thats how they do it ... hhahhahaha You should be happy that they're trying to prosecute anyone! Here in Bulgaria they don't prosecute nobody! And if, by some strange mistake, the prosecution makes a case, the court dismisses it, because of lack of evidence...
^Sounds like what you need is some bribes!
sad but true.
talk to an insurance guy and he will tell ya that the man who got killed needs a cause of death - as much as the desperate poor woman who jumped on top of him.
yep, rules and society has no space for compassion.
