hey there are many e-books available online on these topics but they are copyrighted ones so it is against the forum policies to post those links here
i suggest Google around you'll find some
a handy tip append "flietype:pdf" to you search string to find the e-books in pdf format

Just look for online tutorials and stuff. Frankly the big benefit of a book is it's paper nature and the fact that you can open it up and physcially hold it and flip through it. Just look for reviews of various books, save your pennies and buy one from a bookstore if you want one. You might laso consider getting books out from your local library.
