Can somebody fix this HMTL code for my MySpace? 150frih$

Dj Redrum
I'm currently having a small problem with a MySpace script which was given to me awhile back that i've just go around to adding.

The problem is that my contact box '' image '' isn't showing and i'm not sure how to fix it, as i've been told by someone at MySpace that there is most likely a error with the HMTL code of it.

Here is all of the codes which i have in the script that are listed to be for the contact box.

note{contact table------}
.contactTable {height: 130 !important; width:320 ! important; padding: 0px ! important;
background-image: url('http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/6727/elements06kj7.jpg');
background-attachment: scroll;
background-position: center center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-color:transparent;}
}

note{contact table-----------}
.commentlinks a {font-weight:normal; font-size:9px; }
a .text
{
font-weight: bold;
font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;}
.contactTable table, table.contactTable td {
padding:0px !important;
border:0px;
background-color:transparent;
background-image:----;
}
.contactTable a img {
visibility:------;
border:0px !important;
}
.contactTable a {
display:------;
height:28px;
width:115px;
}
.contactTable .whitetext12 {
visibility:block;
}

The contact image is hosted here, which my profile below.

you left out the " ; " in this part of the code

.commentlinks a {font-weight:normal; font-size:9px; }
a .text // right here
{

I've just entered in all of the above and the image still isn't showing for some reason.

If i was to give you the full script would you be able to re-check it all over and test it on a new MySpace page yourself, as i removed all of the main coding and just entered in what you gave me and it came up so it must be another problem somewhere...not really sure.

I've just seen at the top of the script that it is css if that makes any differance from HTML.
<style type="text/css">

I have also found a site that tests codes and this is my results that have failed, if you understand them

It is just too much to check it all :O
and that is mostly not your mistake; but the Myspace websitemaker's one..

And sure it is different if it is CSS..
You should use normal HTML to insert an image.. not all the CSS crap Razz

If you can recover your original MySpace and tell me what you want, I can perhaps code it for you.. Smile

I had made a backup of the script before the changes on the code which was used from the above if that is what you ment.

I just want my MySpace page to be how it is really but with the contact box image working, i guess it would be easyer to copy the css script which i have and put it into HMTL, but for doing so a new artist profile would be needed for the testing ect...

Thanks for all of the replys.

You might perhaps be able just adding the picture with HTML only.. no CSS..? Smile

I don't know much about coding so i would'nt know, and it was'nt me that did the original script as mentioned at the start.
ccube921
wait a second Ill look at it but what seems to be the problem with the actual functionality?
ccube921
Never mind I cant find anything
ccube921
You could try this?
note{contact table------}
.contactTable {height: 130 !important; width:320 ! important; padding: 0px ! important;
background-image: url (http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/6727/elements06kj7.jpg);
background-attachment: scroll;
background-position: center center;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-color:transparent;}
}

note{contact table-----------}
.commentlinks a {font-weight:normal; font-size:9px; }
a .text
{
font-weight: bold;
font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;}
.contactTable table, table.contactTable td {
padding:0px !important;
border:0px;
background-color:transparent;
background-image:----;
}
.contactTable a img {
visibility:------;
border:0px !important;
}
.contactTable a {
display:------;
height:28px;
width:115px;
}
.contactTable .whitetext12 {
visibility:block;
}

Damn, man... That thread was dead since December! I don't think Redrum still needs help here... Shocked
Please, look at the date before posting. And especially in Marketplace, or your work just can be worthless.

Well, I actually can't have anything against it, but I'm also rather convinced that the topic starter isn't having the problem any more.

If so, please PM me or another mod.
