Hi! I'm also from Sweden. More precisely from Lund, just outside Malmö.
For you who don't know, Malmö is the third largest city in Sweden.
If you're a beginner of programming then I suggest that you look at Game Maker. It's very simple but can also get advanced. If you're already more advanced then you porpably know what language you want to learn but for 3D in C++ I can recommend the free Open Source engine Ogre3D.
For learning web languages like PHP, go to www.w3schools.com It's a really good site that makes it very easy to learn.
16 isn't young for doing web design. I'm 15 myself.
