Now since I don't have Photoshop it's kind of hard to give this tutorial but I will do my best. I had the trial but I ran out of days. lol Stinks for me since I am going into web design.
1-First create a new file in Adobe Photoshop
2-Make sure the your foreground color is black, and your background color is white
3-Go to filter>render>clouds
4-Go to filter>render>difference clouds (do this two or three times)
5-The last step is to go to image>adjustments>levels, then move the bar to the left until you can get your perfect lightning look. You want to make it more realistic so go further left to get more of this effect.
