Found this at Michelle Malkin's (hubba hubba) blog. A (black) ACLU official and anti-profiling crusader King Downing was stopped and questioned by a black officer at the airport, then 4 other officers (3 of the black), arrived and questioned Downing.
Now Downing is suing the Port Authority for profiling.
