My girlfriend just recently got me into the Dark-Hunter series by Sherilyn Kenyon. The books are pretty good. Maybe you should check them out sometime?

I really enjoyed 'I don't know how she does it' by Allison Pearson about a mother who works all day long and almost never sees her kids. She wants to become a better mom, but she also wants to be good at her work. It's reaaly hilarious when you read everything that goes wrong. Eventhough I haven't got children, and I don't work yet, I see some things we have in common Smile

Beside that I also liked 'Chickensoup for the woman's soul'. These are all different soothing, charming stories about all kinds of women...
