The Best 939 socket motherboard

Hello readers
I am looking for a bit of help here.
To start the story of my old motherboard died and luckily the guarantee sorted it out or repaired it and after after a couple of weeks that packed up also!
I am looking for a 939 socket motherboard for my althon x2 3800+.
The motherboard has to have at least 4 sata internal connections Firewire support,at least 3 better 4 pci slots,1x pci-e and if possible support for a card reader.

Any ideas???

I try to stay with ASUS and Gigabyte. Both seem to make pretty good motherboards.
