[solved] FriHost only websites forum

ryandeboer
As a newcomer, I wanted to see what other people have done with their FriHost sites.
I went under "Frihost Forum Index -> Webmaster and Internet -> Advertise Your Website", but it seemed to be filled with external websites, and not just FriHost ones.

On the main page there were "Sample sites". I assume these have to be FriHost ones, but their domain doesn't include FriHost (eg "http://www.muchhalasworld.com/") so it isn't obvious.

Just a forum where people were only allowed to post about their FriHost websites would be good. Unless there is already something like this and I just can't find it.

About the closest thing to what I needed was "You can find a list of frih sites by going to dnscoop and typing in frih.net." [1] Anyone know what dnscoop is? Doesn't sound very user friendly. Maybe someone can post a tutorial on how to find a list of FriHost websites?

Most of the time, those people are hosted on frihost. However, they are using their own domain names instead of a frihost subdomain.

Also, there's the directory for most frihost sites.

try this search: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:frih.net+OR+site:frihost.net
this directory: http://www.frihost.com/directory/
by entering frih.net or frihost.net here: http://www.myipneighbors.com/
or this forum: http://www.frihost.com/forums/vf-10.html (as you said this isn't frihost only)

As you might notice there is a diffenece between frihost.net and frih.net.
frihost.net is server1 and frih.net is server2 and in the future there will be a server3 with frihost.org(if I remember right).
