How does this system works?
well i would make sure you have quite abit more over the needed ammount of points before you request for web hosting this may give you a better chance of getting an account but aslong as your posts are of good quality anyway this will help quality posts are needed, then you go onto your account tab and request for hosting if thats what your after.
Ok. Thanx for your answer. I get it 
you also need to ensure your points dont go below -5 if it goes bellow -10 you could have your webspace removed. so posting threads regulary will keep your website up and eunning.
