I wanted 2 host my mail using google. Its asking me to change the MX settings. Is it possible to change the MX settings for my website?

It is possible to do that ... but only if you have a top level domain (not something.frih.net).

Further, you'll have to use third party DNS services provider (like everydns.net , freedns.afraid.org etc) to be able to do it.

keep in mind, the outside world may follow your MX setting if you use other DNS provider, but e-mail sent form within frihost (like your php script) will stuck in frihost. so you have to fetch it manually.
