adobe contribute

I try to connect to the server with adobe contribute, but it doesn't allow me to connect.

Why not?

In the start it allowed me to log inl, but not now anymore. It newer allowed me to get in to public_html...

Well, I don't get much response here. Should I try contact the admins, or is this just the wrong forum?

I really want to make adobe contribute work, but still doesn't. Cant anyone please just make a response?
