I am using adsense on mysite and a few month ago google decided to pay less for publidhers for each click.
do you know a good advirtisment system that pays more?

Google doesn't decide about price per click. Advertisers setting the price. Now for example there will be grow tendention because google chamnged the click area to eliminate mistake clicks. That will make value clicks and advertisers will pay more for such traffic i think.
CTR will be lower if You have made for adsense (MFA) site. But from other way CPC should be higher
Adsense has reduced the clickable areas for the ads, that's about all. That may reduce the CTR but not the revenue per click
google seems to be the best but they require youe social security if you live in the US and I dont want to give it to them!
Its what advertisers are willing to pay, they use to bedumb but the advertisers are wising up and know they can pay less now, so they do!
A couple years ago people could make $100 a day from google ads on there site, now its real real hard to make $20 a month!

$20/month ? Hard ? ... no way 
I would happy with even $100 per month. If you convert it in my country's currency, that's a lot of money. =P
Yeah, for some countries (including mine) $100/month is quite good amount of money.
Back to the question, if you're looking for better payment I think you should try affiliate program. They pays you bigger but you need to convert your visiors to buy the products you promote, and not just simply click the ads just like with adsense.
If you're looking for similar PPC networks I think adsense is still the best on PPC market. I heard that YPN (Yahoo) is giving a bigger amount each clicks but they are now still limit to US publishers.
And I heard YPN ads rarely match your content, at least when compared to adsense. Nothing can beat adsense on this factor since they have a very huge amount of advertisers around the world. The more relevant your ads to your content, the highe your CTR, means more clicks and more money.
If you are not satisfied with your adsense earning, then my suggestion is go for affiliate program.
