Here we go again - Server messing up.

the same thing is happening now that happened the other day, except with no php overload this time. I cannot log into my direct admin and cannot upload files via ftp. Anyone else having this same issue as the other day?
Edit: It is working again now.

If the server seems to be down please wait a little while before posting.
