I suspect you mean that you would like some kind of shop to buy and sell things for your forum account and hosting account. This is actually on the things not to suggest list - I believe that something like this is in the pipeline, but I fear it may be a very long pipeline!
For the time-being, you can trade your FRIH$ as a currency with other members in the marketplace forum, but for now I'm afraid it's not possible to buy "extras" for your hosting account.
Hope this makes sense, but let me know if I've not understood your suggestion properly.
