hi guys, I have this div in my web, which has a fixed height and width. Now I want to insert some text into it, so I just write it in, the problem is that it sticks to the top of the div, and i want it to be in the center.

The text Im talking about is where it says:
"ASOCIACIÓN DE AYUDA A LAS PERSONAS CON PARÁLISIS CEREBRAL"
I thought of using a list or something, but it modifies the height.
If someone knows the CSS i need ti use or whatever that works, I'd appreciate it!
