It's official for quite sometime now. There's going to be a World OfWarcraft Movie, though im not sure about the details, as blizzard haven't released any. Post what you know about it!

All I know about regarding to that is a "World of Wh0recraft" movie...
...which, of course, is a fan-made porn movie...

BUT, if it's really true that an actual WoW movie is coming out... then I smell a trainwreck, like all other movies based on videogames.

If they are indeed planning to make a movie I suggest they ,ake it CGI instead of live action. Notice how good WoW CGI movies really are, that way I think they could prevent a disaster.

Humans vs Orcs could be interesting maybe in a lord of the rings style fashion. Kinda rushy though.. more trying to build a movie off the current WOW hype.

I'd like to see this movie actually do well. I don't play the game, but I heard it's more addicting than crack. What I'd hate to see is this become another Dungeons and Dragons.

Although I do think it's not so great of an idea to make a movie off WoW, I do think it will be very good. Blizzard makes sure that all of it's products don't suck so...hopefully they do the same with the film.
