Any way to change my motherboard with OEM version?

I have an OEM version of Windows XP, im building a new Comp. and i wanted to use xp, but oem won't allow this, any way to crack this?

Yes, it's possible, but you're not allowed to talk about that on Frihost. Why not just get a new version of Windows? It's always better to stay legal...
