as per what I have read, this thread agrees with the TOS and rules/guidelines for the marketplace. It does not offer anything "Free". This is not valued highly, but it is certainly not obtainable for free over the internet. It does not use real money, I am asking for Frih$, and it is not a gmail/30gig invite.
