Internal Server Error?

Hey, I just went to my site and I noticed that I have an internal server error. I honestly don't know what that means, except for that it is an error. It is just for my account though and I don't know why:

I didn't find anything wrong with your account so far. have you checked that you have configured your domain to point to our servers?

please point the name servers to our server to confirm everything is ok (not just the A record). If it doesn't work then please reply here.

i am also sometimes getting this error while posting new posts in my forum and wordpress installation hosted here. i also posted in a separate topic in this support forum but hav still not got support.help me please Sad .my account is on server 1 Sad

The domain is correctly pointed to Frihost.
