Anyone know of any free flash php or voting scripts that are easy to use and manage from an admin panel?

It can be crawled by search engines... Everybody can see text (erm, if they have javascript that is)...
And most of the effects can be reproduced in one way or another =]

I made an ajax/php voting script the other week, but it is kinda crappy, though it works fine and it has no admin panel, sorry.
