Hi, I need help with Cutenews (anyone know this?)
Well, i made a directory cutenews and putted all the files in it,
then CHmodded it(the data files)..
then went to anbusquad.frihost.net/cutenews/index.php but it says page not found ! can someone help please

Go for setting here as admin, don't forget admin username and password and do all the needful stuffs in setting...

Inside Admin page there is help section, you will be able to see the configuration you need to put...

or use this:

Define them:
number = "how many news"
template = check template/ you can use default. Or you can put "Headlines" also. If you put Headline it will fetch all the latest Headlines. For more check the Templates that are available. See from admin page OPTION > template.
category = put category number or all

You must put the above php code where you want to display your news. But that page must be made as .php as file extention, .html .htm will not fetch you any result.

I saved it as index.php, but now how can i put index.php in index.html?

Oké, the file you want your news in is now index.htm, isn't it?
Well, place the code (see below) where you want your news, now, rename that file to index.php, and upload it to your server

Sorry I was not online for some days due to personal problem.

delete index.html and instead upload index.php, browsers will find index.php as your starting page for that folder...

what BlackSkad said is correct too!

I find that you have not still checked enough the HELP section in admin page.... Please see those and ask for more help here if required...
