My Computer Freezes with my new video card (Solved I think)

Ghost900
I am getting frustrated a little so I am coming hoping you have the info I need.

My Story: I bought a Power Supply Unit (PSU) and a new graphics card (GPU) and now for the most part everything is working fine
accept for every once in a while (about 3 times a day) the computer freezes and I have to shut down and reboot and I know I can't do
that forever so I need some tips and pointers.

My Graphics card is a ATI Radeon X1900 XTX
System Requirements

System Requirements wrote:
* PCI Express™ based PC is required with one x16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard and one additional adjacent expansion slot.
* Connection to the system power supply is required:
---- 450-Watt power supply or greater, 30 Amps on 12 volt rail recommended (assumes fully loaded system)
---- PCI Express compliant power supply required. Connect directly to the power supply with a 6 pin PCI Express power connector
* For CrossFire™: 550 watt power supply or greater, 38 Amps on 12 volt rail
* 512MB of system memory
* Installation software requires CD-ROM drive
* DVD playback requires DVD drive and decoder software (not included)

My Power Supply Unit is a APEVIA ATX-CW500WP4 ATX 500W Power Supply
If you click on the webpage then on Specification it says +5V@25A for Power output and the graphics recommends 30 but
doesn't say it requires it so what do I know.

Here is the web page of my computer: http://www.silvernight.frih.net/Acer%20Aspire%20Desktop%20with%20AMD%20Athlon%20Webpage
Here is the ram I installed about 4 months ago: http://www.silvernight.frih.net/Acer%20Comp%20Ram

This doesn't just happen to me when I am playing games but even when I am just browsing the web so I don't know what is wrong and am hoping either you can help.

Thanks for any help.

PS: The Graphics card is only around 60-70 Degree Celsius when it happens so it isn't overheating unless 70 is bad.

I know the video card wants 30Amps on a 12Volt Rail but I am only giving 25 so is that the problem?

This problem has been solved I believe as i tried an older driver and I have been good for 24 hours now.
