What does this mean EXPLAIN!!!

Does this pertain to me making bots for people..... or you dont want java applets on peoples sites to view and talk on irc servers right?

This was under Terms and Conditions

1.Any type of IRC traffic on our servers.

java applet is allowed, bots are not allowed and not possible for as far as I know. And with this rule an IRCd (IRC server) is meant, or those programs that login to irc and log the channel where you can login to the program with an IRC client and read the logs and chat in the channel (with the hostmask from the program).
