I want to link hn.org with myhost.frihost.net how can I set hn.org?

how can I let hn.org redirect to my host?
that u can set thru the hn.org site...u have to modify somethign there in your account settings
and then park it on your account with cpanel.
but it not work...
gimme ur username password for hn.org as well as frihost and ill "fix" it for you 
you need to wait 24-48 hours for the DNS to propagate man...
