This topic should have been posted in the suggestions forum. Anyway...
Things that you MUST not SUGGEST
The problem is that we can't check a post's content because we don't speak Croatian. A new moderator won't solve the problem as the admins wouldn't be able to verify his actions. Croatian forums would not be at the top of the possible new language forums list anyway.
