Yes, I am the content manager of that site. My web design company works both in spain and english, and that is the only PR3 website we currently have. Right now there is only one link, Text link ad. Yours would appear just beneath it.

It would be nice if you showed me the english version and link me to the main which has PR3.

You must be aware that all pages in a website does not have the same page rank.

I dont see my link added your site and where ever you add it should have PR3.

I shall add your link to my main page. My site shall be moving to PR5 in the next update.

Most of our pages have the links page, we always try to keep the PR of that links page the same as the rest.

Yes. There is a small mistake which you made.

Instead of <li><a href="www.exquisitegallery.uni.cc" class="blue">Exquisite Gallery</a></li>

the code should be <li><a href="http://www.exquisitegallery.uni.cc" class="blue">Exquisite Gallery</a></li>

The only change is the place where you put URL ie the href attribute of the anchor tag.

http://www.exquisitegallery.uni.cc

and NOT www.exquisitegallery.uni.cc
