what webhosts accept paypal and use DirectAdmin like frih?

I am looking for the cheapest possible webhost that accepts paypal, and uses directadmin like frih (preferably with all the things installed as well). I'm thinking that somewhere in the range of 200gb of transferr should be fine, ohh and this host also needs to allow you to make dynamic images (much like frih).

What webhost do you guys think would match my needs the best?

if your still looking i know a reseller account that is $10 only for 20gb of space and 150gb of bandwidth but its not a Direct Admin, its a Cpanel.. right now i have a reseller account... see it..
