Regarding Sony Ericsson Flashing

I'm a Sony Ericsson Z530i user. Is it possible to flash W300i's firmware on my Z530i?

Has anyone tried it? Is it possible??

hi i don't know if this will work as the w300i does not have an external lcd and dont believe this extension was added into the 300's firmware. i myself owned the w600 and man that was a sweet phone i just wish it had more than 256mb memory and a memory card slot like most newer ericssons. research around on some sites like cellphonehacks.com

yes friend, Z530i also has external display.. To say, both are similar models in appearance, features, etc... but Z530i doesn't have FM...

thats why I thought of this method... Laughing

and once they were over.......I switched on the phone Confused

.... Huh,,, the joke is,,, the phone didnt' turn on,,,,,,, Laughing

.... and then my dreams went OFF...and I had to reflash to my old Z530i firmware R6DA001.... Crying or Very sad

and wat phone do u own now??? Rolling Eyes
