You need to have 5 Quaility post and 10 points before you can request hosting. After you have done that go to ( NOTE : you need to be logged in when you do this below )
which should take you to all your account information on the site.
Look under " Hosting requests " there should be a link that says something like "Request hosting".
It may take a few days for them to process it.

That comes with the hosting free, and you get to pick the name as well.
But that is not available, the subdomain that only available when i registered is the something.frihost.com

something.frih.net is only available to members hosted on server 2.
Since server 2 is now not accomodating new accounts anymore, you will most likely be placed on server 1, with a subdomain like something.frihost.net
