Why my sitemap contents can't be identified?

Is there any thing wrong in the sitemap? why google can't identified it? It worked well before.

Not sure if it makes any difference but mine is an xml file - not php - and seems to be working. Might be worth taking a look at the source to use as an example.

When submitting a sitemap to google ensure that it is of .xml extension preferably sitemap.xml.. These are the defaults and they work well.. .php is just a html like page, not the right format
