att i have hostin service currently with u guys under fragn.frihost , nd i have a couple domains linked to it xpcpro.net , frag-nation.net . id like to know how to access my domain emails.. wut servers in an smtp would i use? Thanks for the help!

The following settings should be used in the email client -
pop/smtp/imap server - yourdomain.com
username - Your DirectAdmin username (If you have catchall configured), OR email-id@yourdomain.com (if you have created a separate email account)
password - you should know
Authentication must be turned on for the outgoing (smtp) server.
