no. outgoing packet to Internet may get thru, but incoming packet will never reach internal network without NAT.
In linux it's possible, the computer connected to internet should be configured as some sort of gateway. But as you are speaking of internet sharing which sounds like a windows feature to me i don't think you will try the linux solution. I wouldn't recommend it anyway because it's quite difficult.
Best solution in my opinion is to buy a router and put it between the internet modem and the pc's you want to connect. Those things arent really expensive anymore.
