  • I'm missing something. Just looking up HP on Wikipedia, I find that...
    Key people Bill Hewlett, Co-founder
    David Packard, Co-founder
Mark V. Hurd, Chairman, CEO and President
    Cathie Lesjak, CFO and EVP
Randall D. Mott, CIO and EVP
Michael Holston, General Counsel and EVP
    - Where does this Rajiv Gupta guy fit in? Apparently by Googling him, he's the CEO of Securent Corp. I have no idea what that has to do with HP Confused
  • Sabeer Bhatia was neither the founder nor the creator of hotmail. He was a co-founder.
  • I'm not even going to bother going through any more of those. However, I don't suppose that being the second largest country in terms of population has anything to do with that.

By the way; what's the point of this topic? Confused

Seems rather pointless to me Confused

The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions, the more credibility you will have.

The greater the ability you have to actually read, the more credibility you will have.
PS: "he founded the hotmail". That just about proves my point.
Wikipedia wrote:
The original Hotmail service was founded by Sabeer Bhatia and Jack Smith , and was one of the first webmail services on the Internet. It was commercially launched on July 4, 1996, the American Independence Day, symbolizing "freedom" from ISP-based e-mail[5] and the ability to access your inbox from anywhere in the world. The name "Hotmail" was chosen out of many possibilities ending in "-mail" as it included the letters HTML - the coding used behind all web pages (to emphasize this the original spelling was "HoTMaiL").

Not founder. Co-founder. As I said. And even still, that doesn't account for some random person being part of HP Confused

If we're going to start with pointless posts like this, I may as well say...

Wow! Tokelau rocks! They give out free .tk domains! Shocked

Get over it, this topic is, in my opinion, pointless Rolling Eyes
Sabeer Bhatia is the co-founder of Hotmail, but that's still pretty damn neat. He made shitloads of money considering they sold it to Microsoft for about 400 mn $ or something.

I'd be way more proud of mentioning Bose though, being an audiophile.
Someday, I shall have Bose speakers, I swear! :P

Anyway, this topic is pointless. It would be alright on a forum dedicated to India perhaps, but if I allow this, I'll have to allow threads glorifying evey other country in the world.
