Search on-the-fly for XP?

I mean that nice real-time search engine for the start menu in Vista. Is there a program that does exactly that job for XP?

And I'm not fond of WDS yet... also, I thought that the start-> serach in Vista was for the start menu only, isn't it? If so, is there a 'search-as-you-type' for XP's start menu?
